LOW ASSETS LOW IMPACT

So you want to live on your own land but can’t afford a farm?

By pooling resources a group of people can afford to buy much more land than they can on their own. Some people just want to get more for the money, some want to work and share more with their neighbours and some are seeking to build off-grid low impact community.

Whichever of these is your current aim, this gathering is for you.

A gathering of people interested in joining together to access land, by purchase or long lease, with the aim of living sustainably on it.

This includes, but is not limited to;

Welsh TAN6 One Planet Development.

Co-housing.

Housing co-ops, including secondaries.

Intentional Community

Eco-villages

Buy to split (subdividing)

Tented camps (yurts, tipis, benders)

Traveller sites (trucks and trailers)

Park homes.

Two days of workshops will be led by people with real life experience of getting things done, founding co-ops, cohousing groups, land trusts, sharing land, fundraising. These practitioners will also be available for Q&A.  The timetable will include slots for sessions prioritised by continuous polling of delegates.
